We wrote these to be read, not buried. Arhi is a tool that respects you, and that starts with being honest about what we expect from each other.
By using Arhi, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use it. We'll keep things plain so there's no confusion about what you're signing up for.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. If something suspicious happens with your account, let us know at hello@arhi.io and we'll help sort it out.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Arhi.
Your energy logs, patterns, and notes belong to you. They live on your device. We never access them. If you delete your account, your data is gone immediately - no waiting period. Full details in our Privacy Policy.
Arhi helps you track and understand your energy levels. It's a planning tool, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, or replace professional medical or psychological advice. If you're struggling, please reach out to a qualified professional.
Don't use Arhi to:
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms. We'd rather not, but we will if we have to.
Early access is a one-time payment, handled by Stripe. We don't store your card details.
If Arhi isn't what you expected, email us at hello@arhi.io within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you. No questions asked. After 14 days, we'll still hear you out.
Arhi's code, design, branding, and content are ours. Your data and insights are yours. We don't claim any ownership over what you create or store in the app.
We aim for Arhi to be available whenever you need it, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, updates, and the occasional unforeseen issue may cause downtime. We'll keep you informed.
Arhi is provided as-is. We're not liable for any decisions you make based on the insights or information the app provides. It's a planning tool to support you - not a substitute for judgment or professional advice.
We're not liable for data loss caused by device failures, OS updates, or user error. We encourage you to keep your app updated and your device backed up.
You can delete your account at any time. Upon deletion:
We may terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where possible.
If we change these terms, we'll update this page and notify you via email (if you have an account). Material changes that reduce your rights will always require your consent before taking effect.
These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union, in line with our GDPR compliance and European operations.
